The firm has four principals.  Mark West, Lyndon Garbutt and Michael McLaughlin are based in Brisbane, whilst Dung Lam is based in Sydney.

The firm uses its expertise, particularly in tax law, to help provide guidance and identify solutions for clients and their trusted advisers with difficult tax issues and situations.
